T. Hasegawa introduces New High Definition (HD) Chicken Flavors. Using multiple proprietary processing and drying techniques, the resultant HD Chicken flavor profiles demonstrate more complexity, depth and resolution. These flavors are competitively priced for cost in use basis. Current consumer trends were considered in development (however, not limiting): Natural, no Allergens, no HVP, Simple Ingredient Declarations, and Culinary Accuracy. NEW PEANUT FLAVOR
T. Hasegawa recently introduced an Allergen Free F342C071 Natural Flavor Peanut Type. This Natural flavor is exceptional for confection, granola, protein/energy bars, and baking applications.

NEW BUTTER FLAVORS
T. Hasegawa provided a full range of new Butter flavors for Margarine, Sauce, Baking and Snack applications. These new products were developed considering recent market demands for Butter flavors. Flavor profiles range from Creamy, Fresh, Fatty, Rich, Sweet and Burnt.

GARLIC AND ONION FLAVORS
T. Hasegawa is successfully supplying Garlic and Onion Powder Replacer Flavors. These 20X flavors provide "drop in" replacement and significant cost savings. Available in powder or liquid form, Kosher and as either Natural or Natural & Artificial.
